BtW sponsored workshops allow attendees to not only develop and strengthen their skill set, deepen their knowledge of the profession, and prepare them for future industry changes; these workshops give interpreters a chance to mingle with each other, talk about shared experiences, and offer support and tips and tricks that will serve to enhance the interpreters confidence and effectiveness while out in the field.
