Video Relay for Communications

What equipment will you need?

To begin using VRI services you will need standard videoconferencing equipment, which includes a camera, a display screen, microphone & speaker, videoconferencing software and a high-speed connection (an ISDN phone line or DSL/cable modem/T-1 internet connection).

Communication is the ultimate goal when providing an interpreter for the Deaf/HH.  The use of an interpreter will not only ease communication efforts, it will ensure the accuracy of the information presented.
